P-CYCLE TEST

- Method : Fill up the fluid into the product, repeatedly put the pressure on
the product at the constant level to test deformation of and damages
to the product.
- Products : Internal and External type Oil Cooler, Condensers, etc.

BURST TEST

- Method : Fill up the fluid into the product at a room temperature and raise
the pressure on the product at a constant speed to monitor conditions
of the product until it is broken down.
- Products : Internal and External type Oil Cooler, Condensers, etc.

LEAK TEST

- Method : Put the constant pressure into the inside of the product at a room temperature and checks the deformation, leakage, and dampness of the product.
- Products : Internal and External type Oil Cooler, Condensers, Pipes, etc.
진동내구시험
VIBRATION TEST

- Method : Fix the product on to the vibrating table creating the same vibration
as in the field test, give vibration frequency and accelerated speed to the product,
and put the vibration for a set cycle to evaluate the damages, deformation,
gap or clearance resulted from the vibration.
- Products : Internal and External type Oil Cooler, Condensers, Pipes, etc.

SALT SPRAY TEST

- Method : Expose the product to salt water at a set concentration level for corrosion,
and check the leakage through the leak test.
- Products : External type Oil Cooler, Condensers, etc.

CALORIMETER

- Method : Measure the change in the calories of the oil and refrigerant with raised
temperature at a set level, caused by the influence of outer air in order to
test performance of the product.
- Products : External type Oil Cooler, Condensers, etc.
