Air-Conditioning parts ordered through HVCC are shipped through the verification system on all processes
from the development to mass-production stage.
They are exported to overseas clients as well as domestic clients including the major client, Hyundai Kia Motors.

COOLING MODULE PARTS

COOLING MODULE consists of CONDENSER, RADIATOR, TOC ASS'Y, and FAN SHROUD ASS'Y.

CONDENSER ASS'Y

CONDENSER It is the one of the parts air conditioner,
fixed to the front part of the car,
which changes the refrigerant at a high temperature and high pressure with the outside air to the refrigerant with the phase at a low temperature and low pressure.
DAEWOONGIND produces LH/RH HEADER ASS'Y, INOUTLET PIPE ASS'Y,
RECEIVER DRIER TANK consisting of the condenser.

RADIATOR ASSY

RADIATOR It is the product to chill the cooling water to a proper temperature
for the smooth engine function using the outer air
by circulating the cooling water at high temperature,
and has a built-in transmission oil cooler in the radiator tank.
DAEWOONGIND produces INOUT PIPE and WATER HOSE ASS'Y
for transmission oil cooler, built inside of the radiator.

TOC ASS'Y

TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER Oil cooler for auto-transmission is the product that absorbs the heat
from the engine and either optimizes the viscosity of the operated oil
in the mission or chill the heated operating oil to maintain the temperature
at a certain level.
DAEWOONGIND produces the oil cooler for exterior transmission.
